1. Introduction

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Players found to have provided false information will have their accounts closed and any balances voided.

3. Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of apk3 services you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You may only hold one active account at any time; duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and winnings voided.

Account Verification (KYC)

apk3 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill), and proof of payment method ownership. Account Closure

Before closure, any outstanding real-money balance in your account will be returned to you subject to our standard withdrawal processing conditions, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no suspicious activity flags are pending. apk3 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, particularly where a breach of these Terms has been identified.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions on the apk3 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). apk3 does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available before placing any bet or wager. apk3 is not liable for any bank charges, fees, or currency conversion costs that may be imposed by your payment provider.

Deposits

Deposits are processed in real time or within a short window depending on the chosen payment method. apk3 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without notice. apk3 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require KYC documentation as described in Section 3. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit, unless approved otherwise by apk3 support. Withdrawal processing times vary by method. The following general conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Any active bonus or free spin balance must be settled or expired before a withdrawal can be processed.
• apk3 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals found to be linked to fraudulent, bonus-abusive, or money laundering activity will be voided and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply across all apk3 bonus offers:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to a rollover requirement before any portion of the bonus balance may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash directly without meeting the stated wagering requirements.
• apk3 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time, or to reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a player has engaged in abuse, collusion, or fraudulent play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express written permission of apk3.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apk3 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer or system failure. apk3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your apk3 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

apk3 makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, viruses, or interruptions. While apk3 takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and integrity, temporary outages may occur during scheduled maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. apk3 will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance in advance wherever practicable.
