Responsible Gaming
apk3 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable betting experience for all players in Bangladesh. Your wellbeing always comes first.
apk3 is strictly an adults-only platform. All players must be 21 years of age or older to register, deposit, or place any bets. We actively verify player ages during registration and reserve the right to close any account where the minimum age requirement is not met.
Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It carries financial risk and should never be viewed as a reliable source of income. We encourage all players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and the rest of Bangladesh to gamble responsibly, stay within their means, and seek help if they ever feel gambling is negatively affecting their life.
Player Protection Tools
Tools We Provide to Keep You Safe
Self-Exclusion
Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from apk3 at any time. Once active, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access games, place bets, or make deposits for the duration of the exclusion period.
Time-Out Feature
Take a short break from gambling with our time-out feature. Choose a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period your account remains open but all betting activity is disabled.
Deposit Limits
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on your apk3 account. This puts a firm cap on how much you can deposit, giving you full control over your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling period.
Session Time Limits
Set a maximum session duration so your account automatically logs out after your chosen time has elapsed. This helps prevent extended unplanned play sessions that can lead to impulsive decision-making.
Account Verification & Security
apk3 uses SSL encryption and KYC verification to protect your identity and funds. Age verification is mandatory for all players. We will never share your personal data with third parties without your consent.
24/7 Support Access
Our responsible gaming support team is available 24/7 to assist any player who feels gambling may be affecting their wellbeing. Reach us via email at [email protected]. All conversations are handled with complete discretion and confidentiality.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
At apk3, responsible gaming is not an afterthought — it is woven into the fabric of how we operate. We believe that a safe gambling environment is a fundamental right of every player, whether you are enjoying cricket betting during a BPL match, spinning the reels on slots, or trying your luck at live casino tables.
We invest in technology and human support to ensure that every interaction on our platform is fair, transparent, and within a player's personal means. Our platform uses RNG-certified game engines from verified providers, and every game result is independently audited for fairness.
We also cooperate with organizations that provide free counseling and support to individuals and families affected by problem gambling. If you or someone you know needs help, please reach out to our support team or a local mental health professional in Bangladesh. You are never alone in this.
Recognizing Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can affect anyone regardless of age, income, or background. It is not a character flaw but a pattern that can develop when gambling moves beyond entertainment. Recognizing the warning signs early is the most important step toward regaining control.
If you find yourself gambling with money meant for rent, food, or family needs — or if you feel anxious or restless when you are not gambling — please take immediate action using the tools available on apk3 or contact our support team without delay.

What happens when I request self-exclusion at apk3?
Once self-exclusion is activated, your apk3 account is immediately suspended. You will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets for the duration of your chosen exclusion period.
